Living my whole life in WA’s Southwest, I grew up near the beach in a fishing‑mad family. After years across different fisheries, I saw volume trump quality too often. Revolution Fisheries exists to change that.
Doing it differently
Line fisheries only; ikejime; gill‑clip; immersion in 0 °C salt slurry; one‑touch handling; immediate cold chain. A coastline spanning Bunbury to east of Esperance lets us rest grounds and protect quality.
“Seafood differently”
Minimal wastage and respect for the whole fish. With education and collaboration, whole‑fish cookery can reduce waste: better outcomes for chefs, guests, and the ocean.
Who we serve
Chefs, restaurants, export partners, and local residents through retail. Our processing facility lets us break fish down for precise requirements.
